Peach Sorbet

I had found somewhere and I cannot find where that you could put a can of peaches into the freezer and then when you were in the mood for peach sorbet, just let the can sit for 30 minutes, open the can, push the peaches into your blender (I have a vita mix so it works great!), sweeten to taste if not already sweetened, and blend away.  What do you get?  Some nice peach sorbet.  And by the way,  I added a little whip cream because I like creamy peaches.  Yum Yum.
