Two Mountain Top Experiences at the Same Time

Oh how we enjoyed our mountain top experience at Little Lost Cove Cliffs in NC.  It is quite a rugged hike, but worth it at the end.  In fact a few times it was quite agonizing for me trying to make it to the top, but I finally did.  Not only was it gorgeous, but we were the only ones there and were able to enjoy the view and the quietness all by ourselves.  What a blessing that was!  PicturePicture

While we were enjoying our mountain top experience, our son was also enjoying his mountain top experience.  His was just a little different from ours and so much better too!  What was it?  He was evangelizing out on the streets.  The Lord specifically led him to talk to two young ladies and after a while of sharing the Word of God with them and giving them the Gospel, both of them bowed their heads and confessed with their mouths the Lord Jesus and believed in their hearts – Jesus Christ became their Savior!  Praise the Lord!   We got a message on our cell phone while we were on the mountain top from our son sharing his mountain top experience – the blessing of leading two souls to the Lord!  What better mountain top experience can there be than that?  Are you 100% sure of heaven?  You can be!  Check Here!

Interested in seeing the Little Lost Cove cliffs:
Trailhead: From Morganton, NC, take HWY 181N towards Linville. After passing the junction with HWY 183 travel a little less than a mile to SR-1471 (look for a homemade sign for Long Ridge Baptist Church). Turn right on SR-1471 and travel just under a mile to SR-1518. Turn left here, and when you reach the church continue right on FR-464. Continue on this road for about three miles.  You will pass a camping area and small parking area.  Soon you will see a small pullover with the sign ofr little Lost Cove Cliffs.

This is the short end of the hike.  From what I understand there is a 4 mile loop trail and I am not sure where it starts.
