Anguish or Rest? Come Boldly to The Throne of Grace

Are you longing for rest? Is your soul in Anguish? Is there sin, sorrow, trials in your life? You and I cannot hide anything from God:

We are totally exposed before Him and totally accountable to Him

But Praise God, we have a High Priest

Jesus Himself, is our high priest and we can go directly to Him.

He knows every weakness, every mess in our life, every anxiety, every trial, every sin, every temptation we face. He doesn’t just know about us, but He Himself, was tempted in every way that we are! And yet HE DID NOT SIN!

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Hebrews 4:15

Although He knows all about me, all my ugliness and messiness, He still allows me the privilege of crying out at His throne of grace and mercy. He is there to help in our time of need.

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16
