Do You Really Stop to Think About Who God Is?
Oh Lord, Thou art God! Do I really stop to think about who God is! I really need to Be still, and know that God is God! There is no one like Him. There is none other beside Him.
Some days I am so overwhelmed with life and my petty problems that I seem to forget who God is. I like to spend my mornings walking outside and using that time to talk to God.
But often I have to stop and think, do I really realize who I am talking to? Isn’t it amazing the God Himself is willing to walk and talk with me and He cares about every little aspect of my life?
I just began thinking about God and who He is! Oh Lord, THOU ART GOD! These were just a few of my thoughts.
God values my/your life and He is for us.
Rom 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
God is all powerful and there is nothing impossible with Him.
Cannot the creator of the universe, do over and above anything we ask or think?
Luk 18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. God can save anyone!
Mar_9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. God can take the worst situation and do a miracle.
God Loves Me!
But praise God, it is not just a thought, it’s a Truth! He loves me and He loves you. And He showed that love by dying for us.
Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
God is the GREAT I AM!
Exo_3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM
Isa_45:5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me

Joh_7:29 But I know Him: for I am from Him, and He hath sent me.

God is almighty, unchangeable; He is the same yesterday, today, and forever!
He loves you, He, the Great I AM, gave His Son to die for you.
He was not sent to condemn us. We are condemned already. He came to save us from our sin. (John 3:16-18)
Do you consider yourself a good person? There is none good, but God, and as we look into the perfect law of liberty and compare ourselves to Him, we realize that we need the Savior and there is nothing in and of ourselves that we can do to get to heaven.
