My God – Helper, Keeper, Protector

My God is my helper, keeper, and protector.

The Lord is so many things to me!  His blessings cannot be numbered.  Here are just three things, according to Psalm 121  that My God does for me!

Psalms 121:1-8  I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.  My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

God my helper, keeper protector

  • My God, (yes I am His and He is mine) who made heaven and earth is my helper!  He is the LORD GOD!
    • (Isaiah 40:12  Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?) God, the creator of the universe, is my helper from day to day!
  • My God is also my keeper. (He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:)  Day by day , step by step, he keeps my feet from slipping.
  • My God never sleeps, but is always watching over me! (he that keepeth thee will not slumber)

There are so many things that God does for us and we often forget to count our blessings.  Every day He loads us with His benefits.  If you know the Lord you too can say My God is my helper, keeper, and protector.  My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth!
