Here’s a good thing to praise the Lord for! In old age we can be fat and flourishing. Awesome – this is one way it is ok to be fat!
Psalm 92:12-15
The Righteous Shall Flourish
The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
In Old Age The Righteous Will Still Bring Forth Fruit
They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
The Reason:
To show that the Lord is upright:
There is no unrighteousness in Him.
